Not resolved

I have a problem with my sign that I purchased in 2010. The power supply was not install right which took me a few months to discover the problem after sending the controller back several times.

We finally fixed that problem. Now my controller want bad and I sent it back to be fixed and when I received it back and tried to install it, it would not work. This has been going on for over a month and still signtronix has yet to discover the problem. They do not return phone calls or emails and leave me to try to fix the problem by myself.

The high pressure salesman that sold me the sign does not take any responsible for the sign.

I do not recommend any one to buy from Signtronix. Allen
