It has happened since 3months after sign was purchased and installed..Temp sensor went out 1st then LED light panel doesn't display properly (burnt bulbs). Although 1st sensor n panel was repaired.
Now we have panels with several bulbs out and again temp sensor is out .. Called multiple times promised date of 5-04-17 and cant get hold of ANYONE at Sightronix have called today 4 time and held for an hr one time never no response and operator stated I was next in line but another 30mins of waiting and still NO ANSWER !!!! Northern Leasing has taken UNAUTHORIZED money out of our account and stated it was additional sales tax that wasn't charged and that I may add was 2 years later after contract and no one can explain or help or provide anything in writing ...
Don't be a fool like we was DO NOT PURCHASE A SIGN FROM SIGNTRONIX OR A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH NORTHERN LEASING... WE GOT SCREWED!!!!
