later, wanted to cancel the order, Friday 4 pm. on hold for an hour, office closes while I'm on hold, they disconnect the phone call. Call them Monday morning 8 am., worst customer service. Basically, the manager in charge says, & I quote, " we do not have a return policy!" As far as I'm concerned, that's fraud.
