Ordered a sign, they wanted all the $ up front. 48 hrs.

later, wanted to cancel the order, Friday 4 pm. on hold for an hour, office closes while I'm on hold, they disconnect the phone call. Call them Monday morning 8 am., worst customer service. Basically, the manager in charge says, & I quote, " we do not have a return policy!" As far as I'm concerned, that's fraud.

Sounds like yes they violated the law, as the consumer has 72 hours to cancel ANY type of contract. Since their office closed (hung up on you) and was was inaccessible for the weekend, you were left with no alternative.

File a complaint ASAP with your State Attorney General's office.

I am not sure if you can or should also file a complaint in the state of this company, but do it asap and do NOT back down.

You can perhaps get your money (or some of it) back.

Other consumers need to be spared from a business' disreputable operating practices. Take care.
