TLDR: sign designed for us did not fit, we paid anyway, company continues to bill us $5000 so far after terms were over. $8000 in total losses for a sign still in the crate Had a sign made - our rep assured that it would fit, it didn’t.

Company policy is “all sales are final” so ok shame on me for not being more vigilant. Sign payment terms were 36 month lease with buyout after. 36 months go by, and naturally we’re not watching the lease terms come to a close. Company continues to bull us without sending a buyout option when the lease was over.

We have now overpaid $5000 and have been trying to cancel and find resolution without any luck. Complaint on the company website and Facebook got us a callback.

Company representative advises that they can I do anything and we would have to call the leasing company whom we have never heard of. Leasing company will not pick up the phone or call us back, which is apparently common experience according to yelp and sites like this.

Product or Service Mentioned: Signtronix Led Sign.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $8000.

Preferred solution: Cease billing, Refund overpayment of $5000.

I didn't like: Empty promises from salesman, Price, Told there was no refund policy and rude people answering phones, Customer service, Product not as promised.
